Ice Man was created for deep Arctic exploration. He can go places that are to cold for humans andother robot grunts. For a little guy he packs powerful ice shots that take 3 shots to take Mega Man
down. Although the Elec beam takes him down in 3 shots as well. It has been hinted that he has a
"Thing" for Roll ( weather you can call this robo incest because they are made by the same person
but have different blueprints is up to you.) But in all, he's really an ICE guy!
