Another entry for 's Obscuri-JAM 2016To fans: rememberable, the series itself: well, maybe not. So, a just-one-appearance character should do it.
Adeleine, from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, is a human who traveled to Pop Star to study art, but it was interrupted when she found a Crystal Shard that fell by her, attracting a Dark Matter to posses her. Kirby, Ribbon and Waddle Dee manage to make her come back to her senses and she also decided to join Kirby and his partners to find the rest of the shards. She is a gifted artist, with the ability to make the pictures she paints come to life, like she can paint a Maximum Tomato and it will come to life to give to Kirby to eat.
Wanted to tweak a little on her design to appeal it more to my art style.

Probably because Sakurai doesn't like human-looking characters in Kirby.
I know that was the case with the anime, but I wouldn't be surprised if it extended to the games too.
That's likely why Adeleine and Ribbon haven't had any major appearances since Kirby 64. If they were to appear again, they'd probably have to be redesigned drastically for it so that they look less human.
For example, I made a satirical drawing of Ribbon of how she might look if she appeared in a newer game.

A redesign wouldn't be too bad. Just keep the core elementss of the character but tweak the body a bit and they'd be fine.

I basically took away her feet, re-did her eyes to look like Kirby's, and gave her floating mitten hands.
Just like every other new major character that they've been introducing since Kirby's Return to Dream Land (like Magolor, Taranza, the Sky People, Elline, and now Susie, just to name a few).

Heeey now, I remember her~ She's one of my favorite obscure game girls ever! There's just something about her I find really nice.
