Description
So... I wanted to finish this card last Tuesday which was my birthday, but I didn't have time. Here I present my first OC, I created it back in 2011, and although it is far from perfect because it was created more than a decade ago, when I was just a child, I have a certain affection for him.

Luis Locke-Millers is a failed experiment, a hybrid genetic copy of Ben Millers and Zs'Skayr with Celestialsapien DNA, created by the latter under the idea of creating the perfect weapon.

It all started during the Ectonurite war in Dimension 49, Ben Millers and his team had the strategic advantage, and with the war about to end, Zs'Skayr sent several fleets in search of the Forge of Creation to get a precious sample of Celestialsapien DNA. Against all odds, a Celestialsapien Mother allowed her DNA to be taken, envisioning a greater good in the future, so the only fleet to find the Forge was able to return safely to Anur Phaetos.

The experiment was gestating for several months, a perfect hybrid between Zs'Skayr, with his consciousness linked to his genes, and a Celestialsapien part that would grant him unimaginable powers. But everything changed when Ben Millers found the labs of his rival and in an effort to destroy all the twisted experiments he found, he left his own DNA behind, altering the experiment.

Human DNA, as simple as it is adaptable, overwrote almost all of its Celestialsapien and Ectonurite equivalent, so when it came out of its incubation, this human-like being with limited alien powers woke up wanting to learn about itself and the world around it.

Notes:
-His Celestialsapien powers were greatly reduced, being able to alter reality to a very slight degree, and preferring to create things by snapping his fingers.
-Upon emerging from his incubation and seeing Ben Millers, he created a copy of his Omnitrix.
-Only his eyes have a weakness to light, part of his Ectonurites genes, so he initially wore sunglasses and then went on to create special contact lenses for himself.
-Although he possesses all the innate cosmic knowledge of any Celestialsapien, Luis is usually very naive and prefers to learn and see things for himself.
-At some point after the war, Luis was called by the Celestialsapien Court, to teach him to better control his powers and instruct him in the sacred rules that he must follow. He was also offered to become a pure Celestialsapien as long as he stayed debating in the Forge for eternity.
-Upon returning to the Milky Way, Luis created several duplicates of himself to explore and learn about the world, one of them was taken in by a family, from which he would take his first surname (Locke)
-Despite being almost a genetic brother of Ben, they both see each other more like cousins and treat each other as such.
-Although he does not know it, his two alternate personalities also manifested a body and are out there, if they come together, they would gain full control of their powers (As long as they agree)
-He is very interested in planets with marine ecosystems, his favorite alien is Ripjaws.
