THOR MON-EL [Mon-El/Valor/Lar Gand + Thor/Dargo Ktor]

Real name: Dargo Gand

History: In the 21st century, mid-2010’s, young Dargo Gand, form the planet Daxam, went to Earth and befriended Thor-El [Superman + Thor] and Spider-Boy [Scarlet Spider + Superboy (Kon-El/ Conner)]. Earth’s yellow sun gave him powers similar to Thor-El’s. After he got poisoned by a lead bullet (his race is particularly vulnerable to lead), however, he had to be put in stasis on another dimension.

He was taken out of his interdimensional stasis in the 31st century by Salla Erin [Shvaughn/Sean Erin + Salla Ktor]. Salla created a serum that cured him temporarily. Dargo discovered that an oppressive corporation, called The Corp, dominated the state they’re in, taking advantage on the absence of the Legion of Galactic Guardians 2999[Legion of Super Heroes + (original) Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel 2099], who was busy fighting Thanoseid [Darkseid + Thanos].

He and Salla discovered Thor-El’s hammer Mjonir embedded in a rock, being worshiped by a cult. Dargo, being a worthy person, lifted the hammer and gained Thor-El’s power. He defeated several monsters artificially created by the Corp, effectively ruining the corporation’s plans.

Due to his resistance to one of the monsters’ acid breath, he was nicknamed Thor Mon-El, as an allusion to the nickel-copper alloy monel, which is very resistant to corrosion.

After the Legion defeats Thanoseid and returns to Earth, Dargo is invited to join the group and accepts.
