Did you know that many of the elven characters who appear in this gallery are related by blood? It’s true! Most of them belong to one of five major families.

The Goldenleaf family has only recently formed an alliance with the other four clans. They have hair that is red and black, and their eyes are either red or gold. Unlike the other families, the Goldenleafs are made up of seven blood siblings. Each has some form of arcane ability.

Ash: The youngest member of his family, Ash was raised by his elder sister Ember when their mother died giving birth to him. Ash is gentle and shy. He loves music and art, and is a talented in the ways of bardic magic. Ash has recently become romantically involved with Ember’s best friend Azaz .
Blaze: Blaze is the second-eldest member of the Goldenleaf family. He is sharp-tongued and highly competitive, especially with his older brother Baelfire. Blaze considers his sister Cinder his best friend, and always tries to look out for her. Blaze is a magus, and is magically bonded to a mysterious black courtblade named Solyhton.
Cinder: Cinder is the middle child of her family. Cinder is very confident, and can sometimes come across as aloof or sarcastic. She adores her older brother Blaze, and always strives to please and impress him. Cinder is a warlock who was gifted her magic powers by a near-forgotten elven God of fire.
Baelfire: The eldest member of the Goldenleaf family and the head of his clan, Baelfire is a powerful wizard who carries his family's precious moonblade. Although he is occasionally seen as prideful or arrogant, Baelfire is a kind-hearted and selfless man. He acted as a father for his younger siblings, and always acts in their best interests. Baelfire has recently agreed to an arranged marriage to Catrinne Floshin .
Ember: The eldest female of her family, Ember is warm, loving and compassionate. She is seen as a mother-figure by her younger siblings, and is especially close to Ash, whom she has cared for since the day he was born. Ember is a wizard and an oracle, and bears a strange magical glyph on her arm through which she channels healing powers and wild magic. Ember’s closet friend is the human Azaz, who much to her delight, has fallen in love with her brother Ash.
Coal: Coal is the eldest of the Goldenleaf twins. He shares a deep emotional and telepathic bond with his beloved sister Kindle. Like his counterpart, Coal is energetic, curious and good-humored. He can blend espionage and arcane magic together, and is very good at making friends.
Kindle: The younger of the Goldenleaf twins, Kindle is permanently bonded to her beloved brother Coal. She is just as friendly and bright as he is, and equally adept with magic and secrecy. Kindle loves her brother more than anything, and the two are never out of one another’s sight.
