Everything is illuminated and the rain on the ground reflects just the light, makes the buildings even bigger. Thats's a good effect.

i love the lights in this, even though there is no real focal point, it is still an amazing shot!

I like the first impression. The different colours of the light sources and the reflection in the puddles are creating a nice ambiance look.
There is a slight noise in the background and if you are taking architectural photos you should fix distortion of the lens. I saw you did it within "Stairs".
Vertical lines should'nt be too much adjustet and still lead to a vanishing point as it's more usual to perception of the eye.
Over here distortion is still a bit too much relating to the border.

What strikes me most about this image is the contrast of the green lights on the first floors against the red tones of the rest of the buildings. Both colors melt together in the reflection on the street. What a beautiful city. In the US, these would all be bars. And they would all have Verizon and Ford advertisements covering them.

This shot was taken in the central square of Milan, where the Duomo cathedral is located. For alot of years on the buildings facing the cathedral (on the right in the picture) there were all kinds of advertisements, but about 10 years ago the city hall decided to take them all down to give a more elegant aspect to the square.
