i'm finishing a cd book for a band friend of mine...and wanted to do a section with torn paper like u used a lot here...u cropped manually or you found various photos of pieces of paper?

i remember when i was doing similar stuff, kind of, i scanned tons of toilet paper which i first carefully made look old in the sun, old magazines i found from the attic, just articles and eeeverything. then putting it all together and retouching digitally. = bliss. uhh yeah, got a bit sidetracked but what i'm trying to say is that this design rocks! everything fits so good together. the color tones are droolable also.

nice! I like the simple and effective style you have chosen, What size is it? DLE? I like the fact the edges of each page overlap across the folds.
what about the bleed?

Since we only had to make one, i made it a rather odd size. It was going to be folded down to credit card size, but i couldn't find any 60GSM A3 photopaper, so it folds down to 5.5cm x 16cm now. It's about 33x16cm unfolded. I also made a special little 'pocket' type envelope thing for it to go in

There is so much to look at! I've always been a fan of the scrapbook look. The tint to make it look old, and the torn edges are great. I'll bet your brother's band is very happy with this!
