I have faced both enemies and it very hard to compare scince one is RPG and other is real time battle ( maybe that's how they call them)
But based on my experience guiege was defeated by children using bats and fruing pans, ridley gets defeated by high technology weapons and armors, so I guess rildey takes the cake, but why fight when they can conquer the universe together?

my opinion is that giegue will win because he is invincible in the first place-and ridley can't sing

In deep inside you you wanna play metroid, and face ridley in all his true power( smash bros brawl doesn't count)
also purple is actually a color I've seen quite often in characters.
for example almost all main enemies in mario and luigi are purple
