Woah, this is seriously cool! You've got the eyes perfect, and the expression looks really menacing 
In terms of critique, I would maybe suggest adding a little more contrast to the image. Because it's a menacing looking expression, the lighting would add that extra touch to make the whole atmosphere of the image work with that mood. In other words, try to make the shadows a little darker so that the lighter areas stand out more. This also goes for the fur (which by the way, I think is excellent!) - just by making those darker strands a little darker, you'll bring that much more definition to it. Also, to improve the atmosphere even more, as a general rule if you have a grey character like this one, it's a good idea to put some colour in the shadows and highlights - that way it has more impact and helps to draw the eye in
Those are small improvements though, and overall you should be proud. This is a fantastic piece of work!
