Description I really need to get some sort of time clicker thing so I can keep track of the hours I put into my projects...So I can prove to the people who ask "DID YOU DRAW THAT OMG LOL" that I am not some kind of insane art god, that it actually takes a bit of dedication and not having a life to speak of.

Well the more you practice, the easier it gets. It really helps to work off reference pictures at first. And so do I, color is lots of fun~

It might really help you improve to try some realism for a little while. That skill can transfer really well to pretty much any style, it really helps.

Oh my goodness, Lauren, this is absolutely gorgeous!! The anatomy and the colors are fantastic--
it looks so real, oh my goodness. <33 I just love the way you made the water look like a dress, it looks beautiful. And the clouds, ah, the color is so pretty! And did I mention that I love her hair? Because the curls are amazing. This whole piece is just so beautiful. You're such a talented artist, your work really does need more attention.
