This is my version of Ariel's blue town dress in steampunk style. I made everything for this cosplay except for the corset (and flounder!). What the image doesn't really show is the tiered skirt in the back which makes a bustle effect and hangs longer than the front. Hopefully future pictures will better showcase this!
