Description
I've came up with a subspecies of aqua florails that don't have the main wings but have extra tailfins. This is my oc Vortex (he/him). He's quite timid and has the power to make algae grow at command. He lives alone and doesn't like the company of others, sometimes can appear a bit cold.Related content
