Actually, the human body has all of that. Oxygen as oxidative agent, energy to start the reaction from ATP or other phosphates and fuel, wel we contain pretty much of fuel. The only reason we don't burst up in flames is because our cells can release the energy from burning calories bit by bit. So i guess depatched this step-like mechanism and boom! Fire. (which is why he's always hungry....)
