Description
I wanted to test out a different style, so I chose to finally draw a naga! which I have wanted to do for a long, long time. Yay.

What I was really going for in this piece was anime, and the lineart started out relatively anime-ish. My own style, unfortunately, kept on shoving it's dandy way back in, and I, unfortunately, could not stop it. Then, for some random, unaccountable reason, the whole picture took on this Disney-esque feel that I was unable to prevent. I have never, NEVER in my life been able to draw like Disney, and now, all of a sudden, unbidden, it just POPS out at me when I least expect it.

*grumble* rassafrassin' Disney *grumble*

I used myself as a general model. X3. I'm so vain. XDD. Not really. *ahem*

I tried coloring it in a different way, too. I'm still testing my new Wacom technology, and so far it hasn't displeased me.

Tablet: *HUMPHH*

*cough* I mean, it WON'T displease me. EVER.

What I -meant- to say was that everything with the tablet and with my new painting programs is still a learning experience. I'm far from being an expert, but I think I've got some basics down.

Anyways, yes. NAGA!!! *flail*
