“(F/NNNNNN)!! What happened?! Are you alright? What are those bandages for?? I need to see that, come with me now!” Hanji screamed. Whoever was passing by, or simply in the same building, would think that some Wall had just been destroyed.

“Shut it Four-eyes!” Said Levi with a groan stepping between you and Hanji.

“B-But Levi-“

“Just calm down Hanji, I’m alright now, thanks to Levi…” You glanced with affection at your savior. “But, before anything else, I need to speak with everyone.”

“Everyone?” Hanji held a confused expression while adjusting her glasses looking deep into your (e/c) orbs.

“Everyone.” You sounded really confident, but deep inside you were terrified.

“Fine then, but I definitely need to see that later okay?” You smiled at her and nodded with your head. “I’ll go find everyone, both of you should go to Commanders office.”

“Thanks, Hanji.” She gave you a small smile and went away.

Levi, who was now by your side, turned around facing you with seriousness in his grey eyes. “(F/N), are you really fine? Your face now says otherwise.” He simply stated.

“Yeah… I think so… I’m sorry about… all of this, I mean, you will understand everything soon.” You looked down. “I hope…” You whispered.

It was amazing how respectful he was being, if it was any other person, probably it was just throwing questions and questions, eager for answers. But the man in front of you was calm and composed, but you could see that he was confused.

As he looked down too, not facing your eyes, he folded his arms and sighed. “Look, I have no idea what’s going on, but I just want you to know that whatever the fuck you have to say… It won’t change the way I feel about you.”

You looked up, but he still focused on the ground, thinking about something. Your eyes were wide, this was probably the closest thing you would ever get from a “confession”. You thought it was funny how he was just looking at the ground casually.

‘Does he even know what he is doing to me? Another man would probably judge me and be suspicious…But again this is Levi, he makes my heart flutter with the smallest things. He might understand what I feel… I know he was from the underground, and had a tough life…’

You took a step further while he was still lost in his thoughts, looking around the corridor for any witnesses and gave him a small but rather long peck on the cheek. You heard him gasp in surprise. Then you muttered against his skin unable to hide your emotions “ I’m so happy that I have you by my side…”

Then you took a step back looking at his face. It was amusing seeing him embarrassed, you guessed he has never been in a relationship before, so you wanted to show him how good, affection was like.

You also knew that he never really had a family and was alone a big part of his life. There were so many rumors about Captain Levi around the Survey Corps… But as a squad leader, you could access some information and find out by yourself.

Levi was now looking at you, not saying anything.

“I think we should get going right, sir?” You giggled.

Suddenly, his eyes blinked and the dumbfounded face is gone. “ Yes, you are right, let’s go.”

He started walking ahead of you but stopped a second and turned around. “Why the fuck are you calling me sir all of the sudden?” His eyebrow was raised.

You giggled and he folded his arms again “Oh nothing, you just seemed in another dimension…”

“Tch… stop joking around let’s go…” He changed the subject embarrassed.

You just couldn’t let him go in peace “ Oh my, did I just embarrassed Levi Ackerman, Humanity’s strongest soldier again?” You said trying to hide another laugh. “You are really cute, you know that?”

That was it, the cute was too much for him to take. He suddenly pulled you into an empty corridor and roughly pressed you and kissed you against a wall. Stil not too roughly, he was careful about your wound.

You were quick to close your eyes, enjoying the captain’s sudden change, while he deepened the kiss even more with one of his hands in the back of your neck and the other lifting you a little by the waist.

Kissing him back you reached for his soft hair while he licked your lips. You opened your mouth and you let him in.

That sensation was even better that the one you imagined. Being in his arms like that, feeling his warmth.

Every place he touched felt like fire, like a burning sensation inside both of you.

After a few seconds, he pulled away and simply said: “Now we can go.”

Now you were the dumb one, standing against the wall almost falling, breathless and blushing, messy hair, just looking and saying nothing to the Corporal.

You could see the smirk forming in his mouth while he pulled you out of the corridor and leading the way to the Commander’s office.

You two were before the door. It was now the moment and you could already hear people talking inside.

While you were about to knock, Levi turned his head towards you. “You are a mess right now.” He couldn’t hold the smirk any longer.

“No shit, I wonder what happened!?” You whispered so no one could hear it inside the office.

“You can’t say you didn’t like it, though.”

“ No…. well maybe …b-but, but just let’s go inside okay?” You said fixing your hair and uniform.

“Of course.” He said turning his face to the door with his neutral expression back to his face.

‘ How can he do this!!?’

He knocked. “ Levi Ackerman and (F/n) (L/n), sir.”

You heard silence, people stopped talking and after that, Commander’s deep voice. “Come in, please.”

Levi opened the door and you two entered the office.

Everyone was here. Squad leaders, scientists, high ranked soldiers, and whole squads. This might sound a lot of people, but it wasn’t that much. The squads weren’t big, thanks to the latest expeditions…

Everyone was looking at both of you, and you looked around too.

Almost immediately you spotted Mike smirking seeing you two together and as a result of that, the whole team was with the same look, especially Petra, she looked somewhat proud of you. Everybody knew that she admired Captain Levi, maybe even had some feelings for him, but she never tried anything, maybe she thought that it would never work out. Anyway, she looked happy and gave you a wink.

Of course, Mike couldn’t keep his mouth shut.

You wanted to hide in a dark whole right now.

Suddenly Erwin took the lead of the meeting. “I know you two might need some explanations from me too, but Hanji already informed the rest of us that you have something to say, (F/n). It was about time.”

Everyone looked confused and you nodded. “Yes, sir I do.” You stepped in the center of the room, in a place where you could see everyone.

“Well…hum… I know you might get even more confused after this … or you might not… see me the same way. But before I start, I have to say that I only have part of the story, I don’t remember everything and… it’s hard to talk about this so, please, listen until the end.”

Everyone got a little bit suspicious but they accepted.

“Well, I shall start from the beginning. Apparently, yes apparently, I wasn’t born here. And by here, I mean inside the Walls.”

You waited a few seconds until they understood. Some of them were even laughing “ What… ahaha are you a titan’s daughter now?”

Levi looked dead serious and his voice raised dangerously “She said to wait until the end! Are fucking stupid!?”

The young man gulped and stopped talking.

“Thanks, Levi.” Said Erwin completely calm.

‘This is going to be hard…’ You sighed.

“The reason I know this is because I have a mark carved in my chest since I remember. The mark has two initials: “T” and “O”. I don’t know if anyone here ever heard about it, but there are rumors about a human organization outside the Walls.”

“I don’t know where I was born. The first memory I have is from a dark alley, all alone in Wall Maria. I was about 10 years old. I starved and had to live all by myself for a while until the Military Police found me.
They examined me, and obviously found the mark.”

You glanced at Erwin who was quiet the whole time.

“I’m sorry Commander, but even from you I hid some information…”

Erwin furrowed his eyes, not really understanding what you meant.

“The problem here is that the Military Police knows about this organization. So when they found out that, apparently I was a part of it, the tried to interrogate me.”

“That was useless I had no memories at all, but they couldn’t just leave a little girl alone. They said that no one, even a child was innocent if it was a part of that organization. After some days, they thought that I wasn’t talking because I was really loyal, so they tried another method.”

You glanced down and gulped trying to keep yourself calm. “Torture. They tortured me over and over again until they finally understood that I didn’t know anything.”

You looked at Levi, whose eyes were wide. “Levi, the man you saw treating me like that at the market, his name is Baldrik, he has the same mark as me, but in his left eye, or rather where his left eye should be. He was with the Military Police while I was there, and he was from the organization too, another rejected just like me apparently, because both of us have an “X” above the initials.”

“ He saw them torture me, and he wasn’t arrested, sometimes he was even kind to me, saying that I would survive, that I was strong… But did he stop those monsters? Not even once! He just stood there, with his face under that filthy hat observing. He could have helped me so many times… so many times… But he waited until I was enough traumatized to finally help me get out of that place.”

You heard some whispers but you ignored them.

“He couldn’t just let me escape simply, he made me kill the man that tortured me, by torturing him too… And the worst part is that… I enjoyed it…”

You looked down and started to cry “ I enjoyed seeing him suffer!! I killed that man and I don’t feel even a little bit of remorse!!”

You braced yourself. “Am I a monster for liking revenge?”

“W-wait a second…” It was Oluo, he looked nervous speaking if front of everyone. “ This isn’t serious, right? T-This is all a big story! You don’t really have a mark… That’s absurd!”

“Why are you doubting her Oluo?” Hanji spoke.

Another squad leader raised his voice. “The real question is: Why should we trust her?! If she really is from that…thing, then this whole story might be a trap! And-“

“I saw the mark myself!” Levi said harshly. “But It was… bleeding. I thought you had the mark since you were a child.”

“I do ! The mark started to burn the moment I saw Baldrik at the market! I don’t know how, but suddenly it started to bleed!”

Hanji approached you slowly. “(F/n) I hate to do this but you have to show us the mark, this is too serious and …” she looked around furrowing her eyes at everyone “ otherwise no one will believe you.”

That moment, you didn’t even hesitate, you opened your shirt and took off the bandages.

Gasps and whispers were heard, everyone was wide-eyed and mouth agape.

Even Erwin was surprised.

Hanji and Levi were silently observing.

“Does anyone have more doubts or do I need to show the torture scars too!?” You said with a glare that could kill.

You felt a hand patting your shoulder, you turned around to find Commander’s soft eyes. “That won’t be necessary (F/n), thank you.”

“I’m sorry I hid this, sir… I was not ready yet.”

“The only thing that matters now is that you told us now, don’t worry more, please.” He looked around. “Any more questions?”

Silence, everyone was shocked or too scared to say something. But Eld raised his hand. “(F/N)… Do you remember anything about how was to live outside the Walls?”

You looked deeply into his eyes and found just curiosity. “No, Eld. I don’t remember anything before waking up in Wall Maria.”

“Oh… right.” He looked disappointed.

“Dismissed.” Erwin’s voice echoed through the room and almost everyone went out.

Hanji stayed and told you that she needed to examine you, especially the wound. So you followed her downstairs to her lab while Erwin and Levi stayed inside the office.

You didn’t know what everyone was thinking about you… especially Levi.

‘After all, it’s not every day that you know a girl from outside of the Walls…’
