If I were a General Manager in the NBA, this would be my starting five:

Spidey at Point Guard -> the boy's got crazy handles.

Hawkeye at Shooting Guard -> He'll knock down full-court shots like they were lay ups.

Galactus at Center -> Deadly in the pick-and-roll ... Lob City, baby!!

Hulk at Power Forward -> Need I say more?

Dr. Reed Richards at Small Forward (so he plays the 4... get it?) -> He's a rebounding magician!! He'll get all the defensive rebounds (Let's face it, there will be no offensive rebounds to be gotten, since we'll always score on the first try. lol)

There you have it. And it certainly goes without saying that this team beats the '92 Dream Team.
