I'm a kawaii artist myself as well and agree with you ;w;

however there is this certain ''kawaii'' artstyle I have seen many artists use.. it's like the exact same style, the exact same coloring etc
I won't show an example because that would kinda feel rude ;w;
I'm fine with kawaii artstyles being similar, there is just this certain style where it's a bit too similiar.

Kawaii is the best thing I ever saw when I first joined this website and this is coming from a girl who like monstrous things and giant robots. Kawaii in my eyes is 100% percent art regardless of what others think.  Keep doing what you like...

i'm a kawaii artist so I agree cause I have had this issue with some people, however it really pisses me that I spend an hour or 2 on my work and get 5 or 6 faves and one artist literally works for 2 minutes on the art and gets 20 faves.
