History: as a kid birch wasn't the most popular one in the group. he would often find himself being teased for his awkward manor and extreme shyness. as he got older he tried to push that all to the side, which is what helped him to get off his bum and get a job where he didn't have to directly work with people, but animals instead.
(lordy loo i could not think of anything good.... i will fix it when i have more time to think about it. >~<)

-Birch hates talking to people on the phone, especially when its for ordering food or work related things.
-He HATES shoes, if he isn't at work or going shopping or going to get food, socks all the way.
