Here she is! My Pizza Tower oc:

Cecelia “Cece” Thompson

A little about her-

Cece is a 23 year-old college dropout working at Peppino’s Pizza as a delivery girl. She went to college to pursue art (along with a friend who she was also living with at the time) as a career and lost the passion from all the hard work expected from her and the complicated projects. Working for Peppino she’s basically the starving artist cliché on full display, trying to get art commissions on the side of her main job.

After dropping out, Cece is left at a road block in her life no real pursuit in mind and is only focused on paying off her debt and working to live at the moment. She’s afraid of going back home and admitting she gave up to her parents so instead she has a stroke of luck and starts working for Peppino at his pizzeria. Her employment starts 3 years prior to the game. So by the time of the game she's 26.

In the setting from the game, Cece is sort of a fish out of water. She comes from a place and a family that are more down to earth and less toony. Meaning, she doesn’t have cartoon physics the same way as the other characters do and she can't bend and stretch as much. She can still do it a little and have more exaggerated expressions on rare occasions, but nothing too extreme. Which also means she has to be more careful about taking hits and large jumps a she more likely to get more real to life serious injuries. In game, I imagine she makes up for this via tools and weapons. She'll mainly appear on stages with the company moped as a ride for Peppino to hop onto and drive him to different parts of the map.

She also uses a long wooden pizza peel to knock back projectiles and sometimes weak enemies. She makes an appearance in the final battle to help as well just like Gustavo. It happens during the second phase, Pizzahead can accidentally pull her up off the side of the tower, the first time it happens he puts her back but if it occurs a second time she can get loose from his grasp and hop into the ring to knock back projectiles for Peppino.

Her relationship with Peppino is a bit complicated. He initially hires her because both him and Gus had too much work between them in the actual restaurant to be able to do a lot of deliveries and thusly he hires her to be their deliverer. However over time, he grows more and more attached and begrudgingly takes her under his wing as he can tell she's currently directionless and rather alone. He also lets her move into the shitty condo he owns with him and Gustavo. He does this, after he learns she’s been living in a hotel after her friend left their apartment and moved to their job’s provided on-site free room and board in exchange for their contracted work.

Cece also has an on and off crush on Peppino for the first couple of years. Despite his bouts of anger where she often has to let him blow off some steam before offering hugs to help calm him down and make him feel better. But in general their relationship resembles more of a mentor and student given the age gap (I head cannon Peppino to be 43 when she's 23). Sometimes she finds herself thinking he’s attractive and also internalizing some of his nicknames for her as romantic. As well as getting blushy sometimes when he shows concern for her (depends on context). I often describe her as being the Mona to Peppino's Wario (initially was an unintentional parallel lol).

Some nicknames he's given her include: Piccola, farfallina, fiorellina, and others not so flattering like: chiacchierona, dormigliona, coccolona, tontolina.

Gustavo can read right away that she has a crush on Peppino, she doesn’t exactly hide it all to well just that Peppino takes awhile to pick up on it himself. But Gus leaves it up to the two of them to have that talk personally and figure things out. However in general Gustavo also looks out for Cece. Serving as a guide to both his buddy and for their delivery girl.

Cece is not really a hard physical labor type but still does her job well enough and gets more and more used to it as time goes on. And even begins to strive to be better in order to help Peppino pursue his own dreams which is to have a successful pizza business and franchising it. Something that isn’t going so well. But still does what she can to help reinvest into it and help things get better for him and Gus.
