This is my first critique, so I apologize in advance if I sound like a twit. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/r/r… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Razz)"/> This piece stood out to me in your gallery. I love the focus, the sharpness, and the saturated colors (which you didn't overdo, always a danger). I also like that you captured a flower with buds in many different stages of blooming. My only suggestion is to revisit this plant (or anything, really), and ask yourself how to best capture it. Which angle results in the mood you want to convey? How close do you want to get to the subject? If you want me to be dazed by the purple (your title), consider a close shot from a unique angle to confuse the viewer and give off a surreal feeling. You're welcome! It's just that I'm self-taught, so I have no real experience with photo crits. But it's my eternal goal to keep from sounding twitish.
