The colors, the vividness of the whole thing is absolutely stunning. I love the peaceful feeling that this image offers, the settled form of the butterfly on the surface of the flower is just perfect.

I love the way that the macro further accentuates every little detail of the image from the center of the flower to the spots upon the butterfly's delicate wings.

The lighting also makes this image all the more wonderful in its impact because of the brilliance of the colors, and the play of the so simple a shadow of the butterfly on the surface of the flower.
