Juz change the on screen location of your taskbar to "Top".
Which version of windows are you using? If you're using windows 7 juz right-click on taskbar, select "properties" from the fly-out menu. Under the "taskbar" tab, find "Taskbar location on screen" click the drop-down menu & select "top",
