I use FireAlpaca for my digital art, but honestly when it comes to pixeling you don't need anything more fancy than simple MS Paint ~
Pixels are something that you can't really make "better" by using a more sophisticated program, so it really doesn't matter ; u ;

Sorry though, but I don't do these for free.
Occasionally I'll just pick a random OC from my favorites & use that to practice pixelling with, but that's all.
