It's Hanayo from Love Live!
some of you may know I'm a massive love live fan! (to those of you curious, my favorites are umi and riko)
So recently I decided to dive back into the old muse songs and rediscovered Nawatobi, which is Hanayo's solo song. Previously I had just written it off as just another sad love song until I actually read the lyrics (really does wonders, huh?) and discovered it was so much more. The way I interpreted it, it tells the story of how Hanayo was changed by Rin and how thankful she was for it.
Really recommend everyone to give Nawatobi a listen even if you don't like Love Live~
Side note, I got the idea for the frills from Megglesy . I don't think I got it quite right but hey, I'll get it someday lol
Also played around with some presets on Manga Studio (the foliage/gate). I think I'll start using it more often for commissions~ simple backgrounds have gotten to be really fun for me!
