Awww; your OC here is adorable, particularly in that bear dress. It suits her well and her big smile in the bear eared hood is a super cute combination.
A really nice picture overall and I like the lack of a clear outline for the end of the grass; the blurriness gives a sense of scope and vastness, and matches well with the sky and clouds.

It took me a while to decide on the grass and draw the clouds. It was actually my first few attempts. >.<
