My wolf skull I just got today
I've been wanting one for so long, and I couldn't be happier with it. No flaws aside from a small crack in one of its bottom teeth. (You can see it in the photo) Its a nice sized wolf too. Hopefully this guy'll help me out with anatomy lol. Skulls and taxidermy are the best reference out there if you don't have the live animal next to you.
You're free to use this if you want as well, just credit me.

To who it may concern - this skull is from Alaska, and is most likely from a wolf that was taken for population control. In places like Alaska and Canada, they are overpopulated. Population culling is beneficial. It keeps populations in check; without it, prey species decline which leads to the starvation of predatory animals, and animals will wander into human settlements looking for that said food, among other things.

I got this one off of ebay for $120 if I remember correctly, but that's actually pretty low... Most I see are anywhere from $150 to $200.
Hideandfur sells them too, but I don't know if they ship internationally.

When I was in 3rd grade, there was a kid that went in the woods (Hunting of course) and he found a wolf skull and brought it to school, it was sort of big but it was cool. But the teeth where loose . :3

Gorgeous clean skull! I have a Wolf skull too but he's not as clean and white as this one <33 (plus my wolf's teeth are all worn and chipped xD)

My Dad was going to get me a fox skull, some years ago, from a roadkill; then it was run over again, so it was useless. But I do have a rabbit skull, a rat skull, a crow skull and a handful of assorted bones. Oh, and my Mum uses a dried pipefish as an ornament.
So, yeah, I'm jealous.

I want your crow skull though xD They're so hard to get sense it's illegal to buy, sell, or trade them... you can only have them gifted to you unless you're lucky enough to find a dead crow somewhere or shoot one yourself whenever it's the season for them :\

Weird. I memorised some of the stupid and surreal US laws, abut I can't remember most of them... I think in one place it's illegal to make faces at a dog, in another you can't hunt camels, in another you can't wear a hat the scares children or animals, and in another children can't collect cigar stubs as a hobby. Which leads me to think, what situation could you possibly imagine that leads to banning giving alchohol to a moose?
