Description A picture inspired by my tabletop RP group (we play Exalted: Dragon Blooded, for those who are curious). The pic involves one of the characters shortly before a duel with someone who'd spread murky rumors in an attempt to ruin her name; part of her preparations involved a charm of water-dragon form, and this is my little attempt at doing it justice.

Thanks ... I know it kinda looks like it was sculpted out of hot wax; I can't seem to get anime hair to look anywhere decent.
