Lu is polite almost to a fault, and very gullible. He’s almost always wearing a happy-go-lucky grin on his face, even (it seems) in the face of danger. Besides being particularly sensitive about his girly looks, Lu is easily flustered (especially when teased). He’s agile, resourceful, and very blunt (and sometimes very day-dream-y), but never quick to start a fight. In fact, Lu will resort to any other means to avoid a fight. Though sociable, Lu prefers being by himself, and can usually be found people-, cloud-, or star-watching from the roofs of buildings.

History:
Since Lu speaks little about his past, his history is for the most part unknown. Born in China to loving parents, walked the path of academia and servitude before coming to Japan. From what he lets on, Lu had failed to protect someone in his past, the reason why he supposedly ran away to Japan. But something about his manner of speech suggests a deeper story…

Miscellaneous:
Black Claw (黑爪-Hai Zhua) is a twin saber – meaning, that’s two curved sabers in that scabbard (they split straight down the middle). Lu’s fighting style is very fast and full of spins and slices. (In analogy, think of a whirlwind.)

If you say he has a girly face, Lu will smile at you…but he will not like it.

Lu carries around a notebook where he scribbles down personal debts, thoughts, and the like. Since it’s private, Lu is very protective of that book, so he never reveals where he carries it (and personally, I don’t think I want to know, haha).
