Shinsuke's twin sister Itsuka Mizuhara (and his elder by two minutes, siiiiigh). Also unfortunately scanned in low-res, also a victim of my laziness. Full-length production-style portrait, and in the winter uniform as always.

Itsuka is Devil Arcana, the opposite of her brother's. This is indeed significant. (More musings on the Devil Arcana can be found under Lorelei's entry.)

Trivia: They have different family names because their parents are divorced, each parent taking one twin. Isn't that terrible?
