Lorelei, the Rhine Maiden, and Itsuka's Persona. Devil Arcana. I find this very interesting, personally, as the Devil is heavily slanted toward the masculine and utterly lacks Water. Of course, the latter is true in the classic Rider-Waite deck; other Tarot decks have their own ways of depicting the Arcana, both Minor and Major, and therefore may attribute different elements to them. My personal set of the Major Arcana based off of major characters in my D&D setting features a Devil that is heavily weighted with Water. So it's all good.
