I really enjoy your composition, I want to make only positive comments about it

The subject of dock going away in water has been seen so many times, but you deal with it in a very nice way !

I think what is interesting in your picture is the association of two opposite feelings.

In one way, our eyes tend to look faraway, in the direction given by the dock and the prolongation of the line created by the stones on the left corner. It carry us toward as spot in the infinity.

But at the same time, the presence of the line created by the clouds in the left part of the sky, and their reflexion in the water, frees our eyes to fix this spot in infinity and invite to a larger view, giving a feeling of a new opening. Also, the dock dipping in the water reinforces it.

To finish, the sunset brings a slight warm touch to the picture which would have been to cold without it. The presence of the yellow color mostly in the left part of the sky but also a little on the right side (but not in the middle) invites again our view to open up by going to the edge of the image and nicely balances the color throughout the image.



Your picture make our sight travels into this beautiful landscape leading us into a kind of inner journey. Congratulation !!!!!

I love the composition of this shot. The dock/pier which gradually dips into the water draws you in, and the quality of light captured in the sunset off to the left makes for a beautiful spot of color which is gently stretched across the photo to the middle of the frame. Really beautiful!
