ALRIGHTY! Time to jump back to the old roots!

This time, thanks to my recent abilities, completing Specimen 014 will finally come to fruition!

So what am I doing this time? Well I couldn't just reuse the old project. It had way too many issues and I find its design...  ...inefficient. I'll still make Specimen 014 jacked as hell, but I'll try to maintain the Deathclaw core anatomy. To put it bluntly, All the muscles will be way more accurate.

My ideal vision is a blend between hyper-muscularity and Hulking, leaning a slight more in hyper. I don't want to change the overall anatomy too much or there will be no way I can make this a fallout 4 mod, not without making a completely new skeleton.

That being said there were things that needed to be done despite those fears.

  • Hands needed to be resized
  • Horns were replaced with repaired savage deathclaw horns. this was actually my original plan, but I lacked the knowledge at the time so I had to settle with editing the normal horns(  glad I know how to do it now lol)
  • torso and chest needed to be widened and given the V proportion
  • Upper-arms need to be longer and vise versa for the forearms. that way there's more room to work with
  • Hips/legs needed widening to make room and to better build the hypermuscular proportions
  • Head needed to be bigger since....   Well besides making him look more vicious, it will give it more of a mutant look. A look that gives of the oppression of "This guy probably eats his own kind--just like other mutants"...well I don't do recall them saying mutant hounds do but COME ON! I'm mean its heavily implied by Their design. Their mouths are the big enough to swallow the vault dweller whole. LOL
other than that, lol, everything is on LOCK  !
Lastly, The goal I'm shooting for is to have him (like mentioned before) Jacked to hell, but still have all the original details and to aim for a more, lore friendly approach. that way when you see him on the horizon, the first reaction will go kind of like this:

"Heh, another deathclaw."

"I'll just whip out the old railgun an--"

"Wait...he looks different." "

"Maybe I should get closer--"

"WHA! Why is he so big!?"

"SHIT! He sees me!"

"HOLY SHIT HES COMING THIS WAY!"

"AND AGAIN! WHY IS HE SO BIG!"

*Murdered in one hit*

Man I'm excited to get back into this!
Let me know what ya'll think and I'm always up for some advice and criticism
Favoriting would be awesome, but COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE if you don't. I don't think I'm on that level to be expecting an audience. lol

Anyway, thanks for you viewing, and I'll see ya'll with the next one!

Oh, and here's the old lore behind this idea in all its Improper grammar. lol
I'll make a new one I swear. lol

Plot:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Plot: Deathclaw egg was taken away by the institute in hopes of using it as a guinea pig for a possible breakthrough their Mutant FEV virus strand by infusing The FEV of a Deathclaw. In order to do so, They need to expose The Deathclaw embryo to their Virus while it is still in its development. The Deathclaw absorb the Virus as they hoped... Almost to well. As it began to age, its skeletal muscles were fully developed in a early infancy and at its toddler stage it was the size of adult with a more muscular build. As it began to age, The Deathclaw Known as "Specimen 014" had tripled its muscle mass, and its bone structure has become more hulking than any Deathclaw that the institute has ever seen, all while at its teenager stage. There has been multiple case of institute scientist and staff being harmed and ,in few cases, dismembered by Specimen 014 while trying to study or feed him and the cases only began to increase as time went on.  It was at the point that the institute feared that Specimen 014's rapid growth , growing aggressiveness , and violence could compromise all the work gained in the FEV project and Institute as a whole. Being at post teenager stage and 4 times the size of a normal Deathclaw, Specimen 014 was ejected from the institute and into the commonwealth wasteland and the Deathclaw/Mutant FEV project and all files relating to the Project was scrapped and removed from the institute database. Sadly for Specimen 014, Not only did he have supercharged abilities (such as super strength, rapid cellular regeneration, immortality, constant body growth) similar as a super mutant alongside his already native abilities, that also includes the super mutant's side effect of being completely sterile. So Specimen 014 Roams the commonwealth. feeding on raiders, gunners and even fellow Deathclaws (Similar to what super mutants), growing stronger and (actually) more intelligent as time goes on.

Lol Yeah, I came up with the idea (if I recall) a little bit after I finished fallout 4's storymode--of course I chose sides with the institute.

If memory serves...In the institute's old lab, there was a computer going over there many tries with the FEV, all dated and such.
Then there was a huge gap (like years worth) in the records.
I thought what better way to make it lore friendly than to place the date of the lore somewhere in the time gap.

if I got the time, ill reupdate the lore with proper dates and such.

Heh, okay.

Personally I sided with the Minutemen, since The Institute, in my opinion at least, were not exactly being the best type of people, especially with how they kidnapped people and replaced them with Synths, making everyone else extremely paranoid.

Not to mention, there's also the possibility of that, since they're dabbling in artificial intelligence, the Synths themselves will overthrow the Institute and kill off all of humanity, the only Synth I really trust in the game is Valentine.

Well Yeah it is true the institute isn't the best when it comes to morality, not to mention their the antagonist in the game.
To be honest, pretty much every faction are morally questionable.

The Freedom trail wants to free the synths and but they wipe the memory of the synth they "help". they even take them against their will.

Brotherhood of steel wants to protect the wastes and grow there control, But (in fallout 4 perspective--I'm not going to go deep in their lore. Just know they have major problems. lol) they will kill anyone that isn't human and they want to forcefully seize all tech they find. Not to mention tax protect on your settlements...lol

Minutemen wants to "help" everyone (and when they mean help, they mean make you, the vault dweller and commander of the minutemen, do everything), but really they want regain control of the land and taxing people for protection and so forth.

institute (and your son, mind you) wants to create a utopia of peace and harmony with mankind as hyper evolved beings. How will they do it you may add? By turning all the habitants of the commonwealth into synths so they can slowly gain control of the wastelands; NUKEING EVERY THING!

I'm not fond how they treat the synths though. The V3s are...too human.
I'm a computer science major so I can understand the effort, but you gotta respect the work.

And I don't think the synths would go all terminator. they would probably overthrow the institute, but the ones that defect just want to live as a human. You get more of that side of the story after you join them.

BUT ALL THAT ASIDE! Lets face some facts, they have the best toys and their the cleanest faction. I can eat off those floors. Lol

Heh, okay. XD

Personally, I feel... deeply unsettled by how it looks inside the Institute, especially with all the way too human-looking Synths walking about, there's some serious Uncanny Valley vibes right there.

To another note though, I have made a Deathclaw OC myself, a fairly intelligent one that is able to speak and handles heavy weapons fairly easily thanks to training, not to mention is quite well built.

Wow Neat. Since I play fallout 4 on the pc nowadays, I have multiple characters.
I favorite being a gun slinging bounty hunter with his own mercenary agency. His keen perception and combat prowess is a force to be reckoned with. Not to mention he also turned spectacle island to a huge factory compound, with soldiers and barracks, vertibirds flying around, tall military guard posts surrounding the perimeter, A R&D Facility, And a enormous functional factory with a boat docks.
It took me....a full week to make it but its absolutely amazing. Everything in it is functional and has purpose.

Since I completed the game on the console, My pc runs are more...intertwined. They all have there own story even in different dates in time and they interact with each character with a even bigger story.
It seems over the top, but when the mods for each character that ranges around 350, You kind of got a lot to mess with. lol
