Just to clarify, no... It's not in any way linked to Frozen and it isn't Elsa.

So this is a humanised version of our "Queen of Snow", Queen Lydea Schana, Queen of the Northern Kingdoms and Queen Mother of Ga'Hoole and the "Blessed Child Born of Snow". Since bringing Game of Thrones-style heraldry into the LOTG Universe, Lydea is dressed in her house (and Kingdom's) colour of Dark/Sapphire Blue which is the colour of her eyes and I created a sort of dress they'd wear in the North, which is inspired by Frozen (the sweet-heart corset) and the usual Game of Thrones-inspired styles.

I gave Lydea white hair and really pale-toned skin (a little Elsa-like pale) to emphasise that she is a descendant of Goddess Nya Schana-Strata, as well as being a Snowy Owl (mostly on the hair...) and it took me forever just to get the skin tone right...
