[link]This was originally a "youtube exclusive" video (where I'll only put it on YT and you all don't see it unless you're a subscriber~) but then I was like whatever you all some work unrelated to short of everything so here you go. The main reason I was't planning on uploading this is because I wasn't terribly impressed with the end product of it and much preferred the making of the work than the finishing, if that makes sense. I liked working on the idea and just bullshitted the rest of it, really. My concept was Bethany was a true adventurer and had finally climbed a summit and saw her goal below her--a little village nestled in Himalayan-like mountains. The relief was so great, the warmth of the village lights and lanterns illuminating the cold mountain air of this planet. Well, something like that at least :U Anyway, if you have any helpful critiques I'd appreciate them; though I didn't really give this my best shot I'd just like some comments to help me work on my shot so to speak.

i really like the way you colored her fur and the wavyness of her hair really has a lot of motion to it xD i think Bethany is the best part of this picture. as for critique... i might have put the rope of flags to be a little more curved to follow the motion of her hair and the lines of the moon. in might help with composition. also, perhaps not having lines on the background o: i find it to make the character "pop" out of the image more. adding some clouds could help more with the eye movement of the viewer, too. like... the curved kind of clouds or something xD *is bad at critiquing and putting art stuff into words* its a nice concept, though c: might be worth revisiting sometime in the future.
