Thanks...It's pretty much how the 'night' half of the Nightingale decorations looked in the series.
Yeah...I'm a lot more comfortable in Illustrator than Photoshop for some reason...even though I like the effects (other people) can achieve in paint programs.
Vectors also have the added bonus of scaling up really easy, since they are based on lines instead of pixels...so it's easy to create quality poster-sized printouts even if the original was tiny.
