Finally Uploading this! I was so happy to complete this cosplay and compete with it at the local comicfest! I was even more happy to have placed 2nd in the competition! I know that the costume quality in terms of method of build and cleanliness of lines is substandard in comparison to the amazing stuff you see online but I am fine with it since it was my first build that used both craft and sewing. I love my costume though it's not perfect! it's very difficult for me to get a lot of wear out of this since the pleather suit i made near killed me from heat exhaustion last comicfest! Maybe I'll be able to wear it for more photos since I did not get to do anything with a staff! This was my 4th costume and I completed it in my 10th month of cosplay! I decided to make this cosplay last christmas after enjoying the 2012 Huntress 6 part book series before she teamed up with power girl. I loved the design and could see myself doing it do i took up the challenge! Personally I like the idea of helena wayne more than I do bertinelli, but I respect both characters equally. I will certainly remake make the famous bertinelli version with the belly window (My friend affectionately called it the "skank" version, she likes that one more btw lol), however, right now I am happy with this! You are very welcome to leave advice or constructive criticism since those things are always valuable and will help me grow~~!
