So much around me…
In me…
So much in me…
The world spins and I stand still
Without a focus
Without a touch
Love is lost in a cataclysmic wind
Feared never to be found again
Anguish from a preconceived notion
Pain from a hollow past..
Love knows no end
Face caved in… spat on
Heart desecrated
In me and around me
Love is fighting…
Love will win
A friendship a romance
Fists met with passion
Feet met with empathy
Blades met with comfort
Bruises healed by palms
A broken path restored for the souls
Lacerations embraced with healing
Around me and in me the battle rages as love is struck down
He stands and prevails over those who have hated him, those who have beaten him, those who betrayed him
For within and around the masses Love will conquer and prevail
Around I feel
Within I see and know
Pain…
Cease…
Love…
Release…
