Excellent! I think you have a good concept going here. As one other user noted, you used several species and blended them to form unique designs for each bat in the picture. Different eye shapes, ear shapes, noses, mouths, some differences in their feet, this all matters. Some people don't believe that it's necessary to be so specific, so I'm glad that I finally found someone who works with the same ideas in mind, something exemplary.
To be honest, the one characteristic where I wish the contrast would be greater between designs are the hands. They're all drawn very well, but if they were designed with gender or age in mind, the hands would have looked even better.

your designs are great.
though you might consider doing some more variations with the lineart. (on first impression) the lineart has the same thickness everywhere. you might want to play with thinner lines / subtle changes in thickness. that would make it a bit less cartoony and in my opinion a hell lot more awesome.

This reminds me HIGHLY of Wind Waker. The feet, the arms, the figures, the design. It feels TOO much like a Zelda thing. It's still good though.

Oh, nice. I love this. The build of the females reminds me somewhat of Midna, from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They've got great form, and I like how they don't really have obvious wings, but instead they have just that little flap of skin stretching across the arms. I think it'd function somewhat like a flying squirrel's wing-flap things would. o 3o

I like the varied silhouettes of the characters, but lined of next to the old man and the warrior, the guys without accessories seem a little plain by comparison. The expression of each character is great and easy to read: keep up the nice work.
