Gulpin was my first shiny. I was still young and had no internet, and when I saw it wasn't green and that animation, I decided to catch it, but never really touched it again. Never did I know it was special, so at the time I learned what shinies were, I had already resetted my pokemon sapphire. After that, I've had quite some shiny encounters, but only got half. Mostly because among there were 2 shiny graveler and 1 shiny geodude (all 3 on diamond, all in the mountain where Riley is, forgot the name). Guess what? Selfdestruct T_T

Tentacool....yeah I found it since i was what...8 and I thought it was a glitch or somethin' cause it had green jell. But until I found out, I eveolved it into a Tentacruel and made it lvl 100 and sold it to my friend for 10 bucks...sucker...

how'd you guess. i found a shiny ralts in my platinum and gave the shiny gardevoir to my black 2. but that's all there is...besides people saying their first shiny was a gyarados from gold/silver then that's just pathetic... -_-" right?

Shiny Ponytas are epic Ponytas.
My first was a Geodude in Mt. Coronet. Nothing special, but I remember freaking out so badly when I was on my last Pokeball. Thankfully, I caught it. XD

I had the same situation with my shiny Suicune in Pokemon Heart gold
And I swear i didn't cheat!!
It was my last super ball.

The first shiny I found was a Gastly.
Now, if I find a shiny, I will train it.

Training Pokemon isn't always the most exciting thing ever. XD But I still need to pay attention to it; in my nuzlocke one of my Pokemon almost died because I wasn't paying attention to the game. XD
