That's absolutely adorable, and you elevate even the word "chibis" with this. It's almost too cute to see Kim sitting across his lap and holding herself up by sharing that big, comfy scarf. Both of them have lovely hair, but Kim's big wild, wet, mussed up tresses are too cute to stare at directly for too long.
At that rate they may never want to go back inside. They had their play and now it's time to snuggle close before they go home and Ann will eventually have to send Ron home. (Not after giving them hot cocoa... and then returning to the kitchen and finding chocolate lip marks all over both their cheeks. 
Besides the beautifully drawn kids I love the snowy effects, sparkling and even showing that "flashbulb" effect for the closer falling flakes. If it matters, the styling of the bench is cute too.
I played with dropping in different background colors to see how it would affect the picture, but not even the worst colors I could think of could ruin the incredible "cute" it carries.
As for the other stuff going on IRL, just hang in there.
