Well, this is officialy Darkeon's second beast shape, a shape where he's still sane but having some extra stuff, like the two heads and also a bigger height, he increases two or three times his height in this shape, also that he's stronger.
The two extra heads mean the two deadly sins he haves on his sould, being the left head, the rage and the right head, envy
And we can see here Darkeon haven't noticed what happened to him, and his friends are just looking at him very amazed and scared
