Words cannot describe how much I fucking LOVE this ship. I love this pic, because its one of the few I know of that is not only Luna/Mac, but uses Season 2 Luna instead of Season 1 Luna. I love them both, but I prefer the brassy warrior princess vibe S2 Luna gives off.

Well, thanks for your support. Yeah, LunaMac/MacinLu are few and far between, but it's steadily gaining some ground. Already, there are LM fics popping here and there, and there are pictures too, so I suppose the whole shtick is working out in a way.
SE1!Luna is cute, but it's SE2!Luna that really won the herd. Plus SE2!Luna got attitude.

You know, I was really hoping during the Changling invasion, that Luna would explode from the sky with all her thunder and lighting Thor-style to do battle and cover Twilight and the others.
You know the scene, the hero is going to get the McGuffin and he's stopped by some of the elite badguys and suddenly a different character comes up and says 'I got this' and opens up a can of whupass. Would that not have been awesome.

I love this pairing. If only Big Mac had a horn. They could of did that love attack like Shining Armor and Cadence did, but with more POWA!!!!!!!

Big Mac's just fine the way he is. Plus, this show has way too many male unicorns already i.e. Shining Armor, Blueblood, Fancypants, Flim and Flam, etc.
And I think they can make a love-powered attack, although it would be of a different variation. And definitely with MOAR POWER! Though I am having some wicked ideas for future LM projects...

That is true. I didn't know there was that many male unicorns. Well Big Mac can always charge at them while Luna sits on his back and creates a magical barrier to protect them.
