Painting of a dream I had, most likely of Herne the Hunter. I actually had no idea who he was until I told a friend about my dream. It's funny that she knew exactly whom I was talking about

Oh I love Herne...I've rather an obsession with the Wild Hunt[dA doesn't like my oils,or I'd have lots of Hereisn stuff in my gallery,lol]...this reminds me of a book I read ...*Stag Boy*...wonderful sense of fantasy...love it

Judging by your artworksssss, you might like that book a lot. It's by John Fowles, the same author as The French Lieutenant's (SP?!) Woman, etccccc.

That's so strange, it reminds me of a dream I had where a statue slowly turned into a huge stag just before the apocolypse happened. it was HUGE.
