The carnosaurs look really great with stripes. Real tiger-style stripes, not lizard-like bands.

"Big Al", the allosaurus as the Cincinnati Museum Center, has been tiger-striped in two of his three incarnations, recently dark brown stripes on top of a tan base, with a sandy belly. They may have changed him again after the recent remodeling, but that's the one I remember. Have a 25mm mini of an allosaurus painted in the same scheme too.
