omg i can help with that

ok first, you gotta set your computer locale to japanese by doing this

>Start Button
>Control Panel
>"Clock, Language, and Region" (it's different if you have Windows 7 or 8. i have Win7)
>"Region and Language"
>"Administrative"
> in the second region, "Language for non-Unicode programs", click "Change System Locale"
>scroll until you reach "Japanese (Japan)"

then click "OK", "Apply" and restart the computer

then, the download for emofuri is here: emote.mtwo.co.jp/emofuri.php

i used the tutorials in this tag: professorbel.tumblr.com/tagged…  (the user knows japanese and is working to be a translator, even)
and i also used these two tutorials right here shabnakh-adyr.tumblr.com/post/…  (on layers) and here shabnakh-adyr.tumblr.com/image…  (translations for the top menus)
