Duncan possesses the abilities typical to that of a Dunkleosteus, with adept swimming and powerful jaws that slice through virtually anything with the bite force 80,000 PSI in a split second. He is also naturally protected by a combination of thick skin and heavy plated bone protecting his head. However, while his natural skills are effective, he doesn't soupy rely on them. A former Xtra Heavy Weight Kick Boxing Champion, he brings his skills from the ring to the streets of Crashtown.

Personality:
Duncan is a powerhouse and a brute, but is more than just simply the muscle. He shows competent decision making and planning, as well as very difficult too trick. On top of being extremely brutal, whacking those who can't pay him back by his deadlines in extremely ruthless and horrifying ways. When he's doing his job, he does seem to do a very convincing job of keeping his wrathful nature hidden behind a friendly, albeit still imposing, facade, where he swains, persuades, and intimidates them into the Mob's mercy.

History:
Duncan is a member of the notorious Ostillini family that had been working alongside the Mafia for many generations from Sicily to the West. Admired for their unique set of abilities (and never questioned to why they were Dunkleosteus) they bring to their given jobs from loan sharking to protection. Initially stationed in New York, Duncan learned the business of the trade under the guidance of his father, Corlioni "the Hammer" Ostillini, a man known for being as tough as nails and as mean as they come. through his guidance and strict no nonsense methods, his son was moulded into a Made Man by the time he was 21, ready and worthy to be of service to the greatly feared, and highly respected Don Yama. Working with the closest person he'd call his partner, Pancamo the Collector, Duncan began successfully pulling in hundreds, even thousands of dollars a week, though it was not always easy. A concern that always plagued Don Yama's mind was always interference of the authorities or even the supers who had been springing up almost monthly, and he sought to hold his faction from reaching their full potential. Duncan, weary of this keeping him from matching his father's already impressive legacy, was quick to look for any answer for their predicament. As luck would have it, he caught wind of the rumours circling the underground about the police problems in Detroit involving the current rising power known bombastically as the High Society of Pimps and how the city began to fall to their will. Wasting no time, he ran this news by Don Yama, who had been going through major problems at the time, humoured the idea and had took his 5 best, Duncan being one of them. There were some butting heads with the Society, but in the end after many turf disputes, they came to their agreements and mostly left each other alone to do their own business and Duncan was able to reach his full potential.
