Description
A picture based on the new Episode in Season 4 of Fluttershy becoming a Batpony.Took me very long to finish this and it's done with Photoshop CS 5 and a Wacom Intous tablet.

yeah it's all true what you said, i curently have severe health problems and can't concentrate for many hours, it's more than a year now since my last picture, i regenerate slowly and i hope i can draw and post new pictures soon.
i realy miss the daily DA comments, Favs and stuff ^^

This is a beautiful image! I love the detail in the background, and how the moon makes this both mysterious and inviting with the way it lights up this small orchard. The numerous tree trunks in the background give the impression that she did her best to find some place secluded to get a small bite to eat. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="
The pony is done very nicely as well. Her mane and tail both frame her well, drawing the eye to her. The reflection of the moonlight caught in the strands is excellently shown. But what I like best about what you've done with her is the wings and fangs. You've merged the forms of bat and pony quite well on this. I do like that you refrained from having her drool, choosing instead to have her tongue lolling out of her mouth as she gazes at the fruit.
And that is the only point in the picture where I pause, because the fruit you've depicted appears to be an apple. While that could certainly be a subtle gesture towards an interlude with Applejack, it seems out of place hanging from the limb as it is with no leaves surrounding it. Though I do appreciate it as a wonderful bit of symbolism if that's how it was intended.

First off, I just adore Flutterbat! I love how you shaded her to make the moon shine on her and the apple she's looking at.
Just by looking at Flutterbat for an instant, its quite obvious what the title is! And how you added the cutie mark and that tiny strand of hair lying on the ground-I just love it.
You put so much detail to make it look so real! Especially the grass blades-so many of them! And how if you stare out into the trees, its like your about to enter a freaky forest! Its like your watching Flutterbat stare at that apple! There is no word in the dictionary that can describe this beauty!
And probably my favorite part is the wings. They're just so....BAT! Its like shes a bat in the shape of a pony! (Which she is *-*)

First off is the sky, I really love the almost clear sky it is something I would like to see every night. Next is the grass, I like that this artist made all those blades of grass so well. Next is Flutterbat, I like the expression on her face as she is looking at the apple. Also I like that the artist put the cutie mark on even though you can hardly see it. Lastly is the single apple on the tree, It is great that the artist had the moon shine on it singling it out from the other apples. It shows that this artist put a lot of time and effort in it without saying.

I really like this, your shading is really good, and if I stare for like 5 minutes, it seems that I'm there, It's really realistic, fluttershy looks amazing the grass is shining with the moon light which makes it more realistic. I really like the moon and specially the night. Fluttershy's hair seems very majestic and her expression really makes people think about the title xD The trees are perfect because they look far away and that's the point, the apples also seem real. This background is amazing, you a great artist. Sorry if I had any grammar errors.

Naja bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit dem Bild.
Die meisten Leute interssiert der Hintergrund aber sowieso nicht, hab ich das GefΓΌhl ^^
Manchmal ist es einfach nicht wert soviel Zeit in den Bg zu stecken, das bekommt man irgendwie immer ΓΆfter zu spΓΌren. Aber das ist ja eigentlich der Hauptgrund wieso ich solche Bilder mache, weil ich
mich hauptsΓ€chlich in HintergrΓΌnden verbessern will.
Momentan bin ich aber auch wirklich viel mit Photoshop beschΓ€ftigt und ich denke mal da werden die nΓ€chsten Wochen viele neue Bilder kommen
