Hello! Bonjour! Salut! Next chibi in the Hello Series, Canada! Canada has two official languages: French and English so of course he'd be saying both. Please ignore the flag, I'm Canadian and not at ALL proud of how the flag turned out. This isn't near the best one in the series either. So, three down and a whole lot more to go!

UPDATE: I just wanted to change the eyes a little bit~
UPDATE 2: Sorry I had to fix the eyes again. They were REALLY bugging me!
