Killer Frost, AKA Louise Lincoln is a meta-criminal that has been operating for several years. Dr. Louise Lincoln was a government scientist investigating meta-human genes and working to manipulate them. One of experiments though backfired and she was changed. She became what's called a cryokinetic, possessing the ability to control cold and form ice. Her new talents were recognized by General Hardcastle who added Lincoln, codenamed Killer Frost to his superhuman strike force, Task Force X.

However like many of the meta-humans 'recruited' by the general, Louise became difficult to control. She along with Volcana escaped from the Task Force after it went rogue. Louise's personality was changed by the accident which granted her powers. She's selfish, uncaring, and has no qualms about killing those who get in her way. She's a very mercenary type meta-criminal, often working for those who pay her. She's got no strong alliances outside of her friendship with Volcana.

As of now, Killer Frost is believed to be moonlighting as a meta-human fighter in 'The House', run by the criminal Roulette.
