Oh my, seeing Rick's new shirt gives me the feeling that you want someone to take a gun and shoot him through the bulls-eye. But WOW the way you draw poses are really good. And Rick's pointy chin reminds me of this [link] for some reason I don't know why

I'm really not a good person to be giving out anatomical advice, but I personally think Rick's head is a little small, especially in the two poses on the left. The poses are however, very dynamic, your shading is excellent and you've also got a good range of expressions going on.
